I bought this Chromebook for my daughter as a gift, and she loves it. She uses Chromebooks at school, and is used to the interface. She uses it in her room to do homework, watch Netflix, listen to Spotify, browse social media, etc. She has not mentioned any dislikes yet, and time will tell about the durability.

This laptop is perfect. Its high speed and lightweight. It's perfect to carry around and the functionality is also perfect

I received this product, and at first, everything seemed great. I liked the thin bezels and the screen size. The color was amazing, and I was very impressed. Although when I began to use the touchpad, I noticed that it seemed loose. Even with light pressure, it would make a noise as if something was moving that shouldn’t be. I looked it up, and apparently many people have had this issue even after returning it and receiving a new one. I decided to look for another laptop because some reviews stated that at first it was not an issue, but then it became loose after a few months or weeks. I decided that I didn’t want to deal with this, so I returned it. Other than that, I originally liked everything about this cromebook.

I bought this for my grandson, age 5, for virtual school. The touch screen works well for him, but the Chromebook itself provided a bit of a learning curve for me. I have an HP Computer of my own, which I love, but it is not a Chromebook. If I were to make this purchase again, I probably would not choose a Chromebook, but rather a "regular" HP personal computer. A touchscreen, however, is essential. I think this opinion may be showing that I am not quite as digitally savvy as I had hoped.

Easy to use, fairly intuitive and loooooonf battery life. Wish the screen swiveled but does convert from laptop to tablet easily.
