    This new chromebook is awesome. And they are not kidding when they say it is a fast start up! I can count to ten and it is up and ready for work. Also the battery life is super long, I can go all day long on one full charge.

    Just got this today and I love it! I've had an HP Chromebook before so I'm used to the layout. The touch screen is a great feature for the price. The only thing that bothers me is the roughness of the track pad but that's an easy fix. Overall, would recommend!

    Overall I am happy with this laptop. Great value for the price. My complaints are relatively minor. It's the keyboard and bluetooth. I have fat fingers so I constantly make typos on the thin design of the keyboard letters. I also was unable to connect my wireless mouse as intuitively as other devises. The lack of a delete key is weird. I do like the light and slim design for portability. It's also an attractive silver color for aesthetic value.

    very good product. student very happy. in school and travelled..screen cracked and still workable..just not touch screen. the product is very satisfacory. one thing is have to call to telephone to get it updated or cleaned up. cannot go to geek squad at best buy...that may or may not be good . suggest to have insurance in case of crack or other authorized problems.
