Great upgrade from my daughters dead laptop. The chromebook is a perfect match with her college needs. Google apps work great for her papers and presentations. Lightweight and ready to go in her backpack. The touchscreen makes it super fast and everything at your fingertips .. the only issue is that sometimes it has a minor issue connecting to local WiFi

I have always been a fan of HP products, they have lasted forever, they're easy to use, and they don't break the bank. I was extremely happy to find this 2 in 1 for the price that I did. I have a young child who needed the ease of a touch screen computer for school and this was the perfect chromebook to get the job done. Had I been able to get 2 of them I would have!

Bought for my son for a gift. Works well for him, light weight and touch screen.

It’s good for basic use. Access emails internet and can use zoom for work and class. I can watch Netflix Hulu and use Spotify as well. I can not annotate on zoom with this chrome book which is why I only gave it 4 stars. But overall good for basic use. Easy to use as well. Good for someone in elementary middle or high school. Or for older parents who need to access the internet.

Setup is easy to use and the pc is very quick to open websites.

Daughter loves it!!! Use it for all her classes at school, loves the battery life, because she has it on at all times while in school. Can come home and do homework and still have a good charge on it... Had this product for two years now and no problems!!

We bought the chromebook for my son's online class and never fails on this 6 months. The way it works as a tablet and touch screen gives you a better way to use it everywhere. I highly recommend this for school. Remember it only works online. It's almost useless if you don't have internet.

This has been a gem!! I didn't originally plan to purchase this model, but when they didn't have the one on the shelf, the salesman told me I could get this one at the same price. Not only did I say yes, but It was a great decision. The chromebook handles the work I need and is light that I don't have to carry a laptop around and this will work just fine!!!

Overall, the Chromebook seems like a very good product. The value was excellent. I purchased it for my 10-year-old daughter. Easy to set up. She really enjoys the flip screen which essentially turns the product into a large tablet. I wish it had a cover for the keyboard when it is used in this manner. The touchscreen seems accurate and, for her, is required
