I purchased this as a graduation gift for my 13 y.o. Son. He loves it! He didn’t think it would do as much as it does, because he was previously using the chrome book borrowed for his middle school. He loves that it is touch screen, can be converted to tablet form, and doesn’t need any anti-virus programs. The only con is that you can’t add word, excel, etc.

We had to replace my daughters laptop and found this Choromebook PERFECT for all her needs. From the ability of the touch screen to being able to watch Netflix. Price wise was $600.00 less expensive then the laptop we had to replace after only two years. Thank goodness for the warranty and Geek Squad on the previous laptop.

Fair warning to those who care about a crisp, clean display! This Chromebook had an HD display which is very different than a Full HD display. For the same price, the majority of Chromebooks offer a better screen with better viewing angles. When in use as a tablet, the viewing angles makes it undesirable to use and makes it frustrating to get any work done. Maximum brightness is also not very bright, but in return it offes extremely long battery life. Other than the screen, I am very happy with this product. It has excellent build quality, and a great keyboard. If it wasn't for those two things I would have definitely returned this product.

So I went into Best Buy hell I wanted a computer/laptop but I can start working from home there wasn't much selection one copy through the wrap explain I want her to be able to work from home and I need it to be able to access certain links to websites that my job sent me and they wanted windows processing. the rep said that the chrome book cannot get to the windows but it would do everything and still access all the things that I would need that there was apps on the chrome book that could change the way the system ran which mind you I'm not very computer savvy when it comes to like in detail technology and processors so I purchased all around other than that issue and then not being able to returnI would have to say is it pretty good laptop for like an every day use type of thing definitely not a work or school from home if I'm any level above middle school

I purchased this for my husband who regularly uses his computer for work, and has had such terrible luck with his Windows based computers that he stopped saving anything on the actual computer itself. All of his work is saved to Google Drive and the cloud, and the rest of the time he streams videos on Netflix/Hulu/Amazon. Because all of the extras have been stripped out he doesn't need to worry about the long loading time, the viruses, the constant updates, or the random issues that every one of his other computers had. There are plenty of Google Play apps to keep anyone happy (he probably won't need any of them) and if he wanted to, he could sync it to his android phone (he won't bother. XD) We will see how it holds up in the long run. Even if this model started to run into hardware issues, we would definitely go with another Chromebook for his work needs.

Solid laptop for the money. Easy to access apps and programs. Touch screen is sensitive and the display is bright. Pictures are vivid. The outer case color is a nice touch. The ordering process was very easy and it was delivered in good condition and in a timely manner. I recommend this laptop to

We needed something for someone with limited use of one of their hands, new to using electronic media. This Chromebook makes it easy for her to sign on to video conferencing and access study materials with ease. Large enough, but not too heavy to carry. Nice sharp images with the camera. Excellent value for the price.
