Bought this for my 8th grade daughter to use for online school. She liked how it looked and I liked the price point. Shipping was quick and easy. Kudos to Best Buy for price matching when the price went down $80 within a day of my purchase. One call and I received a credit back for the difference in price.

I really love my laptop is easy to use and long last battery

All of my children use Chromebooks for school so they were familiar with the setup. This is a great device. The graphics are great. I haven't been able to play with it too much due to my children needing it for school. This is the perfect 2-in-1 for anyone on a budget and that uses a Google based platform.

Does exactly what it is intended to do. Very quick and responsive. Only good for internet use but that's what it was bought for. Crispness lacks. Have problems with attaching an external drive. Only recognizes it occasionally.

I purchased this for my 6YO son. My older son has a Surface Pro and it’s become a challenge to “share” when they have Google Meets going on at the same time. This is a great laptop for kids. He is able to work independently, have his “own” laptop, and be able to use it for school and play. Good investment.

I just bought this Chromebook but I have to say that I love using it. The keys on the keyboard seem a little bigger than I'm used to and because it's white they are easier to see. It's very easy to use and I believe that it is a great Chromebook. I bought it to use for personal material and school.

I purchased it to replace my desktop that was getting old and slow. It does all of the tasks I need quickly and was recommended to me by my nephew who works at Best Buy. I like the touch screen function. This is a great laptop as I just need it for daily use like paying bills, checking emails, etc.

Came with the top cover not attached to the screen. Manager was going to return it for a new one, but the screen got cracked and so we have to fix it and it should be fixed from the repair. Other than that it seems like a great product. Was super nice of the manager to agree to return it for a new one.

Our granddaughter needed this for school. She enjoys it and uses it for youtube videos she wants to create. We got an excellent buy and would purchase another if any of our other grandchildren need one. She uses Chromebook at school so it was easy for her to jump right in and explore the options available.

I discovered when I needed to do my taxes that my 7 year old laptop wasn't working properly. So I was in a hurry to get one quickly and cheaply. I researched for several hours and found this model is in the top 5 on several tech websites currently. It's a laptop with a touch screen. Not too big, not too small.

I've had this Chromebook for almost a year now and it's still working great! Great for schoolwork and touch screen makes everything easier. Folding it into a tablet is nice too but I don't find myself using that feature too much because it's a little heavy to hold up

I got this for my little sister and she loved it. It’s a fast computer. She’s only 8 years old but it works for her especially for school. She has a chrome book for school and she liked the other kids had 2 and 1. It’s very convenient for when she is in PE she can just turn it.

I bought this HP Chromebook for my online classes and it has been perfect. I am able to complete all of my assignments and I linked my accounts from my Android phone to it so I have access to all of my stuff. I'm very happy with my purchase and I recommend this for students of all ages.

Bought it to use for virtual learning. Does that well, and easy for a child to navigate. Beyond that, not much use besides internet browsing, YouTube streaming, or document processing. If that’s all you need then it’s great. If you’re looking for full computer functioning, get a PC.

Perfect computer for school. Tried to use IPad for online school, but was difficult to use PowerPoint on the IPad. Will give it to grandchildren when I am done with school. Please get protection plan…… this is a replacement for the one i dropped
