    I got this computer for my son for virtual learning. He loves it. It was purchased in August 2020. It is now almost December 2020 and my only issue is that one of the keys at the bottom left side is pushed in. May be an easy fix, I’m not sure. I will definitely be looking into it though.

    On the 2nd one...initial device had some ghost pixels. Best Buy took it back w/o issue. The 2nd one is good, the touchpad is a little cheaply made for my taste but works well. Since this is always used w/an external Bluetooth mouse, which connected perfectly BTW, the touchpad is not a day-to-day issue or deal breaker.
