    I have to admit that I feel like the price was too high for a Chromebook. BUT it is literally the best one we have bought. I have burned through four of them (different competitors) in the last 2 years. It is perfect for my 9 year old.

    It’s two years later and you guessed it it’s dead. Would I buy it again NO. You get what you paid for. My advice is buy a quality computer that will last you a long time- this computer is not quality. It did the job but I’m 21 and colleges want Microsoft etc so invest in a device compatible. I wish I got a warranty I’m super mad I didn’t. DO NOT PURCHASE. I’m happy to review this two year later hopefully it helps. - a broke 21 year old college student.

    I bought two for my grandkids their Dad said that set up was easy and he loves that he can monitor their screen time and what they are doing and he can shut them off he they are going somewhere inappropriate or for discipline all from his phone. Now grandma wants me to buy her one. Mike

    we have searched around for a laptop me being a novice to computers laptops Citra Citra fortunately for me my granddaughter and my daughter I know so much about we did some price comparing we spoke to one of the representatives at Best Buy that really happened and we made the right decision to purchase this item thank you so much

    Crime books are perfect to use for my grandkids. They are web based with out the worry of downloading anything from the web. They use them for school work & being as they are an inexpensive alternative to a higher priced PC I would recommend them if that is all you are looking for.

    This Chromebook is built beautifully and is my daily companion when completing daily tasks: paying bills, checking e-mail, and watching videos. The only thing I would change is allowing more brightness on the display, but I would otherwise consider this device to be perfect.
