it is a chrome book but was told it could handle everything a pc could but it couldn't download Minecraft so we returned it it is touch screen and everything else worked but it was not good for what my daughter wanted

My son needed a Chromebook for school so I decided to buy this one. He loves it, especially since it has a touch-screen. The fact that it is a two-in-one doesn't hurt either. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone looking for a multipurpose Chromebook.

I love the computer my only issue is that it’s not a year old yet and the cord stopped charging and we bought a new one and it also will not charge otherwise the computer is wonderful.

I mean there isn't that much benefits of having a chromebook, in my opinion. The cost is just way overpriced and to be honest, if you are a chromebook and google person then this would be great for you! I prefer hp windows and the size of it is kind of larger than i thought it would be...

I bought this product for my daughter for her online classes. It has been working fantastic and she has been enjoying the fullest. I highly recommend parents buys this product for kids, since it is touchable and pretty cool.

We bought this for access to google classroom for virtual academy schooling. The connection to google classroom is simple and clean, not buggy or difficult. Also, the Google family link app allows us to set appropriate controls which are not available on a traditional laptop.

For home internet email/browsing/streaming, I only use Chrome books, or Chrome boxes. I usually connect a large monitor & speakers, and will not go back to PC's or Macs for home use. This HP Chromebook works great, and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

This Chromebook is perfect for our needs. We use it for intakes in our office, and hand it off to clients. Our needs are basic and this is a reliable solution. One thing though- I am a MacBook user so the screen resolution is slightly poor, but it’s expected for the cost.

It's a very good Chromebook. It is a Chromebook, so keep that in mind. It won't run Windows programs and it has limited storage for Android apps and Linux (Beta), but it's built for light users and students. It has an okay display, for the price ($300) it's what you'd expect.

I purchased this laptop for college. I love that I can touch the screen to move the screen. It works well I can't really complain. I am used to working on Lenovo Thinkpads, and I do have to say that they are completely different.

I should have done a better job evaluating features. I was not prepared for the web based only functionality of the Chrome Book. It is a very fast computer, but it takes work to get used to the variations from my previous software.

I got this for my kid and have had lots of issues with programs not working. We cant figure out how to change anything on the device . I'm sure if I could figure it out it would be nice my last lap top was so much easier to use

I love that it has both touch and mouse control and that the screen folds 350 degrees. The colors are bright. This is my first chromebook but was super intuitive to figure out. The screen is reflective which made it hard to read in bright light but that is my only negative.

Bought for my senior citizen mom for Christmas - was hoping she would use it more than she does. She just can't get used to not holding that darn mouse in her hand! She does like it but just not as much as her old big and bulky computer

Great for people with simple needs. Google docs, videos, and social media, it can certainly handle it. The only bad thing is the screen has some of the worst glare I've ever seen, so getting a basic 14" anti glare screen protector is almost necessary.

So far so good, haven’t opened the box yet as it is a Christmas gift for our boys but very impressed with the pick-up in store option. Order was placed and I was almost immediately notified that my items were ready for pick-up! Well Done!

Picked this up for my son for the upcoming school year. My daughter already had the 11" version. This is a nice step up from that, the thin bezel and metallic hinges give it a higher end feel.

I was tryingSo hard to find a laptop before school starts and I had to take a chance on a laptop that was already bought but return. It is brand new no scratches and I am happy. It was perfect for my daughter and her remote learning. Thank you.

I bought this computer for both business and school. It works amazingly. Only this that was different was using it in tablet format instead of a traditional windows layout. But you do have the option on changing the settings if it is hard to get use to.
