My kids and wife have been using this computer since the stay at home order began. For the price I am surprised by the build quality and and features. Only knock is that the screen could be a bit crisper. Very good computer for a good price.

I miss having the keypad on the right but I'm getting used to it. Still learning the ins and outs. Had my vista 7 for 10 years.....The only down fall is there is no disk insert. Now I will have to buy an adapter. Good price though.

It's not quite a full blown computer, there are some things it doesn't do being a chromebook. But they said my son could not use it for online schooling because it's not an actual computer but he used it anyways and it worked!

I bought this before I knew we would start online class and I’m so glad I did it’s been extremely useful (obviously) but I love it and it’s clear, plays music and videos loud, and I like that I can fold it up

After trying out other laptops of similar value, I find this one to be everything thing I need in a laptop for the price. I recommend this to anyone that needs the convenience of a tablet and PC combo.

Bought this for daughter in 2nd grade to give her a computer that aligns with the virtual learning this Fall. She loves it and we have had no trouble with it. I recommend it if you are in the market for a Chromebook.

The Chromebook has become a required tool for my kids remote learning. Set up was very easy and for the price it gives my kids the needed computing resources to successfully complete school work. I may buy another one for my older son.

We aren’t doing much with this Chromebook besides joining a Google Meet each day for our daughter’s class. Definitely meets that purpose just fine and also seems quite sturdy so it will stand the test of time, physically at least.

I love the Chromebook, I just received the laptop today but when I opened it it wasn’t really protected besides the box it can in. Also the laptop screen had a bit of dust when I opened it, but other than that I recommend the computer.

Chose this computer for the value. I primarily use computer for internet access. Emailing. Meeting files for boards that I’m involved with. If I need more memory will purchase an attachable drive or google docs.

Nice transition from my old, no longer supported Chromebook. No need to restore backups, all previous data and files were stored in the cloud. Very good screen resolution. I'm happy with my new Chromebook purchase.

Great laptop for school use! Only thing is the camera is not that great. The associates were very helpful. Came back in the store to purchase my boyfriend's laptop he wanted and more.

I like the Chromebook. The only issue is that it only has 1 USB Port but you can always get a multiple port. It's very sleek and I absolutely love the touch screen. This Laptop was very affordable. Trust me you will love the purchase.

I bought this for my mother in law and she loves it her old laptop was horrible always slow and won’t work unless plugged into the wall. She loves her new laptop and for the price you can’t beat it!

Works great, great quality for the price... my only frustration is the parental controls. We bought this for our 5th grader for Digital Learning. Once you set up a child account, it automatically applies age-appropriate protections. For example, YouTube Kids. In order to use normal YouTube, the kid has to request permission. Which is all fine and good, but even when we give permission in the Family App, they still can’t access it. Instead of fighting with it, we usually end up letting her use my wife’s account. This is more of a Google problem then the HP Chromebook itself... just worth mentioning if you’re buying for kids.

The sales person recommended this computer for my type of work, and it has been great. Still learning a few things in the computer but is easy as she explained. So far I am happy with it.

Great laptop. Exactly what I needed to handling daily task on website development. The ability to change into a tablet is also very helpful in the designing features. I recommend this product!

Good Product if you are into Google Chrome stuff. I think its more kid friendly. Did care for all the google features. Product is light and easy to carry

It was bought so that my son could use it for the upcoming school year since they will be required to do some virtual learning.... we haven't actually had the occasion to use it just yet!! We have set it up, though...

We got two of these for our 8th grade daughters (1 each). It's exactly what they needed, give that everything is online and they have access to google drive for writing docs and doing spreadsheets.
