I like that the start up is instant. I do not have to wait long at all. But it is harder at times to run and applications and also be on video calls. It begins to run a little slow. But I’m satisfied

Great laptop for my 7 years old son! He can use it for his onlines classes and to play. It's foldable and my son says it looks like if he were using a huge smart phone. He loves it!

Needed a computer to access the internet and this computer is great. Main issue is the screen has terrible viewing angles so it looks dark most of the time, don’t expect to use this outside during the day.

Very happy with this chromebook. I bought three of them for my boys to use during remote learning and they have worked perfectly. Great camera and audio for zoom calls. No problems at all.

Good laptop, bought for my nice to do homework assignments, class work, haven't really put it to use or tested the battery use when all apps and windows, programs are open. Will test it and get back to a review later

I love it!! But the white keys stain easily I didn’t know the keys would be white. It’s not compatible with Apple products obviously and I realized everything I own is Apple whoops But I love the chomebook thou!!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It’s exactly what she was hoping for! Setup was a breeze, the picture is crystal clear and I don’t have to worry about accidental viruses.

Bought 4 of these for my grandkids during the covid lockdown. They're using them for their zoom classes. All are very happy with them and no issues so far.

Love this laptop. Very convenient, whether its using the keyboard or flipping it completely over and using it as a tablet. You can code and animate on it. ABSOLUTELY MUST BUY!

Great for my daughter to use for her freshman year of HS. I like that we dont have to worry about virus protection as it's a Google protected product. I purchased the Geek Squad for IT support.

Got this for my wife for Mother's Day. This thing is amazing. It does everything. The picture is amazing. She absolutely loved it. I'm for only three hundred and fifty bucks you couldn't beat it

Lightweight powerhouse. My business is a cloud base and this is a great start-up tool. I can sync with my phone, automatically download my pictures, and complete my invoices on the go.

I was not looking to buy a laptop. your salesman said that laptop was on sale and a very good one. So I purchased the laptop to my surprise. This laptop meets my need.

At first I was not sure what was best for me so I actually called the store and spoke to a sales person and let him know what I needed for online school and they actually direct me to a laptop

Overall a good laptop. Mainly using it for school haven’t had any problems so far ! Only thing is one USB port would be nice for at least two. Would definitely recommend

Love this computer and I love Best Buy ! Finding the computer at a location that actually had it in stock was a hassle but after ordering it online I was able to get the computer in no time.

I bought this so I did not have to rely on using the computer at work. Now I can check news,e-mails,weather without turning on my big screen t.v.

This computer has held me down since last year for virtual school. I needed a computer fast and a hurry and I went through the progressive leasing program and things went well with that. It wasn’t until yesterday the computer just went black on me and I did the hold the power button for 30 seconds and it did not work at all. Then I tried to call for support from Best Buy and they told me to hold the power button for 30 seconds again I did and it is now working no issues.

It has a camera but try as I might I can't seem to get it to work. I need to hook it up to a printer and I am not sure it can be done. Will have to make an appointment to work with its features.
