it is a good device for its price. Very affordable. The OS is a pain the ***. it is a horrible system. Very limited and unstable. I would not recommend it to anyone the price was the appeal, and so was the Google name. But do not compromise price for performance. Spend a few more bucks on any other that does not run on Chrome. I really hate it. Very disappointed on Chrome/Google.

For basic internet users, there is no better option. Simplicity. Recommend for those who are not very savy or those who just have basic needs.

Disappointing camera functionality for uploading photos of student work. Camera is fine for zoom Meetings but since taking photos of work is an integral part of remote learning I expected the images to be clear and they are blurry. So now we need to take photos on other device and upload. This is very disappointing

I bought this to help my daughter with distance learning. The screen has an unusual glare that two people can not look at the same screen because the colors are distorted. My daughter also dropped it one time and the screen popped off. It still works but it was such a freak accident. I was disappointed that the small fall made such an impact. I have an Apple laptop that’s 12 years old and has been dropped numerous times and no issues. I guess you get what you pay for.

Such a great 2 in 1 and has been working perfectly! If you use android messages you can actually get your text directly to the PC.

I bought this for a great niece for christmas so it’s hard to evaluate. I have a friend that bought it for her granddaughter and she loves it

I came in and got the extra protection I needed for my hard drive. The associate was quick and professional. Very pleased by the service.

Very satisfied. Bought this laptop for my 13yr daughter. She is able to use it anywhere since it turns into a tablet. Overall a good buy!

First Chromebook. Bought for 6 year old son. Works great for his school. Only complaint is ChromeOS, but that doesn't have anything to do with Best Buy.

We bought this Chromebook as a Christmas gift for my daughter who is going through nursing school right now. She absolutely loves it.

The chrome book is good for my son school but does not have an HDMI port... sucks because it would be nice to hook it up to a bigger monitor

For my son. He's using it for personal as well as some school. When purchasing the exterior look and feel I felt was a nice plus.

It works for what I needed it too. It was a bit to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, its fine. small and portable :)

I was able to download the needed MS Office applications. Works perfectly and the microphone and speaker are way better than my old laptop.

Love my chrome book, it’s just what I need with my google account. I’m able to run my business and know that my info is secure

We like the computer very much. Much versatility, the only downsize is the memory but we can buy an external hard drive for storage. I’d buy it again.

Overall, a very well mad 2in1. Nothing really jumps out at you, but for the price its a great buy.

This is a good chrome book for basic internet browsing and listening to music. Downside - the graphics are not that great. The color on the screen is dull.

So far I love it! Still learning it as I go. Definitely an upgrade from my hp stream laptop to this. I'm happy with the Google Chrome os instead of Windows.
