Is great but some times it wont connect to the internet if I'm not close to the router, it disconnects from the internet every 2 minutes

My kids met their expectations during the pandemic making their assessment from school. Great product and low cost. We don’t need Laptop no more.

Still working out the interface somewhat, but works great as essentially an overgrown smart phone. Use it to connect to the internet almost exclusively.

I did a good deal of research about the Chromebook. I love the simplicity, speed and built in virus protection. For my purposes this was a great buy.

For it to be my first refurbished product I have not had one issue with it so far. Thanks Best Buy for great service and products.

Love my laptop. It folds like a tablet I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s still working perfectly.

This is a good chromebook, but I had some concerns with the model I purchased. The trackpad was noticeably loose. I also bought it on a whim and realized it was a 2019 model for a higher price than the 2020 model at a National competitor. It seemed pretty good though for basic web browsing. If picture quality is important, this may not be the best.

Great for basic browsing, submitting job application, and works well with apps. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it.

Sleek and easy to manage for a child, but with lots of memory for all their school work. Great choice from help with Best Buy employee.

The computer is great. Only negative I have is that is automatically deletes files for space saving have a cloud or jump drive for back up

Good quality device for chrome book butbthe tablet feature isnt needed since its heavy to use

Awsome chromium but very very fragile litterly one drop of water broke the device make sure to get protection plan.

I Thought i wanted a chrome book but I wasn't sure . Sales person explained what I needed to know and I made a choice. Easy and quick.

I can’t really give an in depth review. We opened the device, and got it set up but we were disappointed to find it wasn’t compatible with windows based programs which we needed for online education. We exchanged it for a windows based laptop. The appeal initially was price for the laptop and it’s specifications. The confusion was ours we miss understood or miss read something would still recommend if looking for non windows based.

What made the purchase of my Chromebook work was the attention I received. This allowed me to make the right selection.

My sixteen year old needed something to finish the school year cause of schools going to online the rest of the year. This chrome book worked perfectly

I bought this Chrombook for my granddaughter, she loves it , does everything she needs for school and her own personal use. Great product!

Purchase Date: 11/29/2019 Since I bought this product it working well and I like everything about it.

I love how it turn into a tablet. Im still learning how use it. But it seem like a great laptop. Im using it for personal and for school.
