    I purchased my chrome book in April and it’s been a great laptop, although it has limitations. Examples being it’s not compatible with webex, lockdown browser, etc. Because my school consists of these apps, I had to exchange for a different one. Thanks to Best Buy for also making my exchange/return simple!

    We bought this chrome hp for our son for school. To do remote learning. The first day was great had everything that he need it for school. The second day It wasn’t turning on at all. I am not sure if it was a bad charger or it was the laptop it self. We brought it back and they couldn’t really do much just to exchange it to a different one. So sad because it looks nice! And plus is a touch screen. Too bad didn’t work for us.
