this chromebook has everything I wanted, it is quick and easy to get started, the touchscreen is perfect, the touchpad is very smooth and responsive, speakers are facing upward and provide good volume and sound, streaming programs has been perfect, best of all is the backlit keyboard. I am hoping it will last longer than my previous chromebook, which was an Acer, after two years of light use the Acer was suddenly completely dead, all lights out, very disappointing!

What a great Chromebook. I replace an 11" Chromebook and will never look back. This has a great battery life which lasts all day which stands up well to my game playing. Graphics are great and the audio provides a really good sound on my games. the backlit keys are a welcome addition. Super fast with the I3 processor and higher Mh rating. I would buy this again, Especially at the awesome sale price at Best Buy

I got my first computer in 1985 and continued up the road to the Mac family. MackBook Pro is a great machine but it is not relevanrt to what I need today since just about everything is done in the wind. The HP ChromeBook is perfect for me as a computer just as my MiniCooper meets my transportation needs better than the Minivan. Why pay for hardware I don't need? I used to depend on everything taking place on the hard drive, but no more. The HP Chromebook is cool in operation, light and easy to hold in my lap all evening working on the Web and streaming movies and TV shows. The only weakness so far has been the highly sensitive keyboard. It is unforgiving for heavyhanders like me. Will have to improve my technique.

Replacing a Windows 10 laptop. Super easy to set up. Fastest laptop I've owned. Lightweight compact but big enough to be very comfortable.

This is my first chromebook. I did a lot of research before deciding on which one to buy. I use this all the time. My windows laptop doesn't get used more than once or twice a month now. Because this thing has a decent processor and enough ram, you can do almost any normal office task on it. In my use several hours every day, I don't hardly ever have to intentionally charge it. I use it with a dock a couple of times a week and that is all the charging that it needs.

Pretty great chromebook. It has a large, clear screen, the camera is a natural color, and there are sensitive dimmers for lightness/darkness of screen and volume. I also got it for a great price, which was lucky because I think it's otherwise pretty expensive for what it offers. My only complaint is that it seems to be pretty heavy, but it's also very solid and the screen holds itself in place well. Would like to be able to give it 4-1/2 stars, but without the option, I'm choosing 4 for the weight.

I was in the market for a laptop with a lighted keyboard and a touchscreen. I only use Gmail and browse the web and don’t create documents. After researching all of the options, I decided that a Chromebook would check off all the boxes. The HP screen folds back and makes it convenient for viewing content on Google Play. There is definitely a learning curve when it comes to the Google OS but I learned enough to get by within a few days. It’s very lightweight. The bonus was getting it for an excellent sale price.

I am on my laptop all day everyday for school and homework and this is the perfect laptop for it. Was a little disappointed that I couldn’t find a good stylus but that doesn’t take away the 5 stars. It’s fast, easy to work and convienent. I recommend to anyone that is not a intense gamer or wanting an advanced system. Awesome find.

I returned a Lenovo c630 chromebook for this model. The Lenovo was just too heavy. This chromebook is slightly lighter and a little easier to transport. The only real difference in day-to-day use is the reduced amount of local storage. But with 100GB of Drive storage and the presence of a microSD card, I will never run out of room. Got this on sale for 399.00 but it is still one of the best, even at full price.

Great computer! Perfect for what I need-surfing, listening to Bott Radio, and watching virtual seminars for continuing education hours. Got the computer when it was on sale-very reasonable price. The size and weight is ideal. It has been difficult figuring out how to connect my printer to the computer—otherwise—been very happy with my purchase-I still give it 5 stars. Would definitely recommend buying this computer.

But this one changed my mind. The Chrome OS is so much faster than Windows. Nothing has bogged it down to date. I have been able to get all of the MS Office apps through the Google Play store and they work well. I run my VPN smoothly. Battery life is outstanding and it charges quickly. I use it equally as a laptop and tablet. Touch screen is very responsive. And the boot up time is literally a few seconds.

I am pleased with the speed of the product. Screen size is perfect and comfortable. Excellent price because there was a discount at date of purchase. Product needed to be sent because the store was sold out. Delivery was quick and efficient. Sales people were patient and explained the product. Recommended other products to go with the purchase that I inquired about. Very happy with the product.

I am impressed with this unit. Nice screen, great hardware specs for Chromebook, and really performs well. I needed a couple laptops for work. Everything we use is web based so I thought it would be worth trying this vs a windows device. I has been working better than expected for our needs. Takes awhile to get used to a couple differences in the keyboard, but I don't find this limiting at all. Boots up quickly and runs well.

Bought this for my son when the school issued Chromebook stopped working. This is such an awesome Chromebook!! Easy for him use. I love that it is touchscreen and fast! This is perfect for everything he needs to do for school. It was a bit more expensive than what I wanted to spend but it has all the bells and whistles, making it a perfect buy for us!

My daughter uses a Chromebook daily for school and the one I bought her 4 or 5 years ago just wasn't cutting it anymore. When upgrading, I was determined to get one with an i3 processor. I picked this up on sale and couldn't be happier. It's fast, screen is real nice, keyboard and touchpad work great, no issues at all! I'd just be leery if you flip it into/out of tablet mode often that the hinges may get weak.

I fell in love with this computer at first, it's very fast with the 8gb ram, has a very sleek finish, touchpad works great, but I slowly began to notice slight problems with the trackpad getting stuck to where I have to push down hard to open up the left and right click from being stuck. Also I've noticed that the computer freezes every so often and sometimes it needs to reboot which happens with a lot of computers that I've used in the past. I've still been very happy overall with the purchase, but it's not perfect. Trackpad sticking, and software Freezing are definitely two things that I believe you will run into, but overall, I like upward speakers, computer has a very interactive touch screen although I don't use it much. I was completely blown away by the speed at first and having several different tabs opened at one time, but it certainly has caught up with the system now with the system freezing that periodically happens. Some times it's multiple times in one day, other's it doesn't happen for weeks. I had to buy a riser to put underneath the computer where the air vents are since use it while in bed. The computer otherwise gets very hot and maybe part of the problem with the system issues. Battery time also is not as advertise. I am barely getting about 3 hours if I'm lucky right now.
