    Bought this Chromebook and was happy with it for a week. Then the screen went black but still had icons along bottom dock. Restarting fixed for only about a day then the same happened. Returned and got another one. Same thing happened. Returned the second HP Chromebook and changed to an Acer Chromebook.

    First time purchasing a chrome book. Don't like having to use shift to have capital letters, my camera never worked for my zoom meetings. Don't like it keeps your Gmail open at all times, when someone else needs to login to their Gmail account. No privacy, connections accounts.

    Although Windows is far from perfect, this OS has a long way to go. It's very difficult to create new folders on your hard drive, and I learned the hard way that flash drives and external hard drives don't work on Chromebooks! Therefore, I returned the item.
