Love my Chromebook, perfect screen size, easy to use, and nice color combo, ( white and pale gold). Backlit keyboard is really nice, a soft blue color. Very nice for everyday use. Got it on sale, and we'll worth it even if it wasn't.

such a great little computer for teens! touch screen, very clear graphics, speedy.... can't complain.. better than I expected for a. 15 year old.

This computer has met all my needs with a few extra surprises. Getting used to storing everything on my Google drive was a great move, because all my files are accessible on all my devices. :) I love how FAST this computer is, too! All in all, I am totally satisfied and would definitely recommend this computer and Best Buy to my friends. (I already have!) The only challenge for me is having to get used to not having a CAPS lock without using the alt key. But I'm working on it. :) I would recommend open box and would buy open box from Best Buy again. Thanks for a great product and for caring about my satisfaction!

We've been using this laptop for about three weeks and so far so good. It's very easy to use. What I like about it is that, it's very portable and easy to transport. Perfect companion for travelling. Really fast for surfing the internet and basic word processing.

Bought this for my 2nd grader when virtual learning was what she was doing. She learned to how to use it super fast. She now just uses it for mostly games. But everything has worked so well on it! Definitely a nice chrome book.

great speed easy to use after you learn new keys only draw back is Apps instead of programs. example gnucash and cannot do certain things in the app like the programs themselves . example cannot do reconcilliations.

We purchased this laptop to use for school during the lockdown. It performs excellent and we love using it. The touch screen adds additional options for use and enables playing of many Google Play games which is a nice bonus.

this is great laptop for anyone to use. After using it for 3 weeks l can say l made a perfect option in buying it. Moreso, it's light weight and the processor is fast enough with the bendable option which provides comfortable option in usage.

Just got my first chromebook and I love this laptop. Screen is very readable at native resolution. The touch areas are a little small at native resolution, but I am on with that. The note app works great with the inexpensive cap pen I got. Keyboard rocks. The Facebook app is terrible, but Facebook works fine on the browser. Battery life won't be as good as some Chromebooks because it's an i3, but that's a trade-off I am happy with. Definitely recommend.

I like this tablet/computer alot!! The only thing I dont like is every app connects to it as if its a phone. This shortens the viewing screen to half or a third. I still have no regrets, it wasnt a bad purchase,just wish it was recognized as a laptop instead of a phone.

This is a great little device. You really don't miss the MSFT suite of products, the Google equivalents work just fine. Great battery device, sharp screen image, and lightweight. Everything I was hoping it would do for a very reasonable price.

Got this for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it. I have used a couple of times and find it very easy to use. I really like the folding feature along with the touchscreen. I think the only thing it lacks is memory but that us easily solved with a memory stick.

We bought this for our daughter for school and it has come in handy already. She loves it! The different ways to maneuver it really helps her feel like it's a great tech toy. Highly recommend, especially for the price. It's a nice, quick computer.

It has a great feel when typing, it is light, the screen is clear, and the battery lasts a long time. My only complaint and this is my fault for not doing enough research, but you can’t do things like initialize Leap Frog interactive books.

I've had a few chromebooks over the years and one issue that I've had with them is that they don't have the internal hardware to keep up with their windows or apple counterparts. With the I3 processor, this one definitely has power and speed for everything that I need it to do. Web surfing, document processing, online videos, everything is blazing fast. I haven't tried gaming, though. I wouldn't replace my desktop for this, but (to be fair) I haven't ever used a laptop that would make me get rid of my desktop computer.

Grewt lil laptop that can... decent specs. Great display. Touchscreen. Wisht had bigger drive but can always upgrade. Nice backlit keyboard. Got it for the kids so they dont tear up my hp spectre,

Bought this as an upgrade from an older chromebook and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have been using this to work from home, surf the web, and stream videos/movies and have had no issues with it. This chromebook looks very sleek and stylish. The screen brightness is more than enough for my use indoors (I haven't tried it outdoors) and the speakers are loud and clear. I appreciate having a keyboard that's well built, backlit, and a pleasure to type on. The trackpad is a good size and has worked great. I was nervous about this chromebook because of the comments about fan noise but haven't had any issues with that at all; it is very quiet. One nice surprise bonus: Mine came with an i5 instead of the i3. At first I thought it was just a typo on the package but I checked and it does in fact have an i5.

Awesome gift for the wife! She loves it, its extremely fast. Money well spent we use it to book trips, emails, and to create resumes. We also love the touch screen, it has a tablet feel when the screen is folded back.

Love this Chromebook with ONE exception. The default keyboard back light is full brightness which can make it impossible to read the light colored keyboard in a brightly lit room. Yes it is simple to lower the back light but that setting is not remembered when you log out or shutoff the device. This is how ALL Chromebooks work, but with color of the keyboard it becomes an issue with this notebook. Otherwise the display is amazing, The keyboard feels great and it is EXTREMELY light. Hopefully Google will fix the issue with the default back light being full brightness and allow some level of customization.

Brought for my daughter for high school, wanted something good and fast since she has no patience. This has definitely exceeded my expectations!!! Very good computer at a reasonable price!
