Awesome computer! Studying veterinary medicine during the outbreak has been rough with everything being online but this chromebook has been a saving grace. I am able to hold a Zoom call with my video on which I could not do with my old chromebook. I am able to have multiple pages running at the same time with no problems. The display is also the perfect size to have multiple pages and tasks up at the same time so note taking is a lot easier. I have not used any of the touch screen functions (note taking via tablet) so I'm not sure how well that will work. I did notice the computer came without a stylus but they aren't terribly expensive. Overall very impressed with it, would highly recommend.

I absolutely love my Chromebook. It's big enough for everyday use and yet light enough to carry with me on the go. Love the touch screen feature, it comes in handy alot.

Took some getting used to at first since google has their own operating system. This computer is lightening fast for those wanting a simple around the house computer for everyday usage like email, surfing, etc. Great buy!

I found this to be a very fast computer. Did updates quickly, and can run many Android apps. Keyboard and track pad work well. Build quality was excellent. However, I have an issue with all Chromebooks that I have tried - the lack of color control to be able to adjust white balance. There is a "temperature" slider, but even all the way to "cool", still left reddish / greenish screen tint. That said, most users would probably be very happy with this Chromebook - ideal for students etc.

This chromebook barely lasted 2 years. Keep getting the error Chrome OS is missing or damaged. I followed all the recovery steps and the error presisted.

I was looking for a laptop after my old one from college finally was too slow for me to handle anymore. I was looking at just getting another windows pc. but someone recommended me to look into getting a Chromebook. and I couldn't be happier that I did. You get way more bang for your buck with a chromebook. and in particular this model has been very good for me so far. I really only use it for surfing the web so I don't have any issues with performance. the model I was testing at the store had a version of AutoCad on there in case you need to have larger and more complicated programs, it has the ability to handle such tasks. But I would definitely say it was worth my money to upgrade to this laptop.

We bought this for our 6th grader to do his schoolwork on (pre-COVID). We tried 7 different chromebooks when we started looking. There were a few things we were looking for and had some learning to do along the way: - Large enough screen to get work done (>11 in) - High Def screen - this is a big deal - many 14 in chromebooks have the same resolution as an 11 in chromebook but just stretched to a 14 in. That makes the resolution really bad and fuzzy - 2-in-1 - Good speakers were a plus - Mostly affordable This was the clear winner and we've just ordered a second one for our second son. The casing is high quality, the video is excellent and the speakers are even pretty awesome. Overall, it's a really great computer.

Good quality and great performance for a chrome book. Also, it looks stylish almost like a MacBook. Plus you have touch screen and tablet mode.

I bought this for both school work and as a Kindle replacement. The web browser on my Kindle Fire has a security update issue, so I don't feel confident going online with it. This is an excellent upgrade. I can listen to an audiobook and do my homework at the same time. I'm a multitasker, so this makes me do a happy dance. It is much bigger than my Kindle, but I have no regrets. This is my first Chromebook, so I don't have anything to compare this model against. The keypad feels natural and I have no problems with the touchscreen. The only frustrating thing is not having a caps lock or delete key. Also, I'm sure this would have been less expensive pre-COVID but that can't be helped.

Our MacBook Pro was feeling a little sluggish, and we started shopping for a new laptop. With the home school curriculum our children have, we made a list of things they needed to be able to do their school work. Essentially we needed a laptop that can browse the web, and ability to use Word, Excel & PowerPoint. It needed to be able to use Flash for video lessons and live lessons. At a fraction of the price of a Windows and Mac OS laptop, the Chromebook delivers exceptional value! Google already has their own compatible versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint through Google Drive. All you need is a gmail account and your ready to rock! We chose to get the touch screen version since our children are already used to having iPads and phones. Great buy!

probably the best affordable chromebook available...and with a backlit keyboard! very fast and very light. The 2in 1 gives all the viewing options anyone needs. Originally $599, I got it at BestBuy for $379, and that is a steal!

This is my 1st chromebook, wishing I would have bought one sooner. So much faster than my laptop. I love the 2 in 1 option...sometimes I need the keyboard, other times I use the touch screen.

Perfect size for daily use like web browsing and watching YouTube, and some light games. Battery runs about 7-8 hours, depending on your work mode. Light weighted and portable. Recommended if you have a tight budget

I loved this computer, but because Chromebooks are new they are like when Microsoft surface came out a lot of very important things do not work like it would with Windows such as I could not hook up the printer I had it was not compatible. Microsoft office and this is a really really big deal because I do taxes for a living with the software Excel word had minimal choices it was not like the full version of Microsoft office you could change your font make it bold but you couldn't do anything with spacing the paragraph or just a lot of things that you need to do in order to run a business. I think that once they start making some updates with the Chromebooks it will get better but right now I got to stick with a Windows laptop.

The performance is outstanding, with excellent screen and audio. It will playback 8K videos on youtube. This is not a gaming machine, but it will do just about everything else you need.

I did my homework before making this purchase and I am gad I did. This is by far the best experience with a chromebook I have ever had. Matter of fact I have been hesitant to go with a chromebook but I am glad I did, I am not someone doing photo editing or video editing or using for gaming. This is perfect for mobility and business. I am able to multitask with multiple tabs open clicking back and forth between windows to get my work done. The battery is PHENOMENAL!!! It is true to its words and last for hours among hours. I can go through an entire days of work with pandora running and still have some juice left. If you are looking for a portable chromebook with long life, this is the droid you've been looking for
