I bought this for myself on sale for Black Friday. I've had it for almost a month now and I love it. It's very user friendly and lightweight. The 2-in-1 feature sold me. Worth the price.

Love! Super easy to use and learn. My old laptop was around from the dinosaur era but up until recently it was always reliable, then it decided to finally die. I didn't want anything complicated. I use my personal laptop for some continuing education classes (working on my third degree), email, music, podcast and some surfing the internet. I don't have time for gaming or much else but I need this to be able to handle multiple functions at once and not be complicated. This hit the nail on the head! I would not hesitate to buy another.

great little laptop. I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loves it. It is easy to operate and small enough for her to carry around when we go somewhere in the car.

This is my first Chromebook and I love it. The device itself seems well built and solid. I'm not normally an HP fan, but I would recommend this device to anybody who does most of their work in a browser. It's powers on fast and easily lasts all day long without being tethered to a power outlet. I found the screen to be bright and easy to use. People that complain about the screen brightness must be using it outside. If you need a mobile device to read and respond to email, browse the web, casting to a TV, using web based apps (Google and Microsoft's office apps for instance), and running other Android based apps, this is a much better device than a tablet or a Windows laptop.

It’s what we needed for our child’s school. Looking for something we could do e-learning on and that we could use for awhile. It’s quick has plenty of processor speed and extra ram.

I already own the HP X2 convertible and use it every day at home. The X360 is it's equal or better in every way except one: the speakers in the X2 are extraordinary, while those in the X360 are just ordinary. I purchased this model for my mother in law to replace an ancient Macbook. I used it for a week first to get a feel for things here, and it's wonderful. Big beautiful screen, excellent backlit keyboard and the trackpad is as good as it gets. I love that it's got plenty of ports available - USB, USB C, SD card and Phones out. The hardware volume keys are a nice touch when using the Chromebook in tent mode or folded tablet mode. She is thrilled with it as well, and enjoying working without the spinning beach ball popping up every time you click something.

This is my first Chromebook, I had a Microsoft Surface before this. The Chromebook is very easy to use, great battery life and the resolution is wonderful. I am glad I picked the HP 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen.

I've had my HP Chromebook for over 2 months now and have had no issues. I needed a fast computer for Internet browsing, emailing, and creating documents and spreadsheets -- and this one is great. The Intel Core i3 is quite sufficient for this computer's requirements. I like the built-in security that gets updated so I don't have to think about purchasing and upgrading my security software. Note that there is only one USB port, and since I use both a separate mouse and keyboard I simply bought a USB hub for these. This Chromebook is quick and dependable and the price was right.

I got this for my daughter to upgrade from her current HP Chromebook. She had her first one for 7 years and it didn't really need replacing, but she wanted something different. After much research I ended up continually going back to this HP Chromebook. The touchscreen and ability to fold the screen over so it's like a tablet are 2 features she really enjoys. If you don't use your computer for a lot of downloading you can't beat a Chromebook. I'm a loyal Apple user when it comes to my laptop and desktop, but I have to honestly say if I were in the market for a laptop at this time I would get one of these for myself.

I bought this chromebook for online classes. I want to note for future buyers I haven't owned one ever. It is fast and completely dummy proof. I love my 2/1 touch and feel the $500 spent was well worth the money.

I’ve had a few Chromebook devices over the years, but this one tops the charts. The build quality is pretty great (although I’m not a huge fan of the plastic). The hinges are solid, and the device feels great to use. The backlit keyboard is great at night, and I’ve really started to love using the touchscreen for navigation. Plenty of CPU and memory to handle anything I’ve thrown at it. Enabling Linux apps I’ve been able to use GiMP, Inkscape, etc and do actual graphic design on this little powerhouse. Because it has Android support, Remote Desktop lets me connect to my workstation and access Photoshop remotely. This has become my go-to laptop and I reach for it over my Surface Pro and my MacBook now!

I didn't know it, but I needed this thing in my life. After having taken it on vacation and using it extensively, I've realized that there are some things about this compy that I like better than my desktop. First the one small problem- the speakers are weak, there are no two ways about it. Also, the OS is great, except for the Android App integration. I can't get my apps to update, or even to add a new one, so that is a problem. Other than that, this is a workhorse. The battery easily lasts for hours. The touchpad is one of the nicest I've ever used. The keyboard has decent carry. The screen is glossy, not matte, but I still like it. I haven't had a problem with the storage either. I got Linux up and running without a problem, but I haven't figured out what to do with it LOL. All in all, a superb machine. 4.5/5
