Bought two for the kids for xmas and was so impressed I bought a third for myself to use on travel and to untether myself from a Mac desktop system around the house. Chrome is so easy to use and Google is what our school uses so it helps as a parent to be on the same OS as the kids to help with their schoolwork. Display is outstanding for the price point. Only concern is like owning an iPhone you live in constant fear of a drop and cracked screen. We got all 3 on an impossible to refuse sale price.

This is a well made Chromebook from HP. The 8GB of memory is plenty to get the job done. The touch screen makes it easy to use, and the battery life so far is pretty good too.

Bought this as a present for my daughter in college. She loves the small, portable size, and the speed and responsiveness of the Chromebook OS. The i3 processor handles anything she has thrown at it.

What a wonderful experience. I can't remember the name of the Chromebook specialist who helped me but he made my shopping experience pleasant. He was knowledgeable without being pushy. My old Toshiba Chromebook (which I loved) was close to it's expiration date. I spent a lot of time looking for a replacement, deciding on what features I had to have. The HP 2 in 1, 14" touch-screen Chromebook came on sale. It had all of my baseline requirements. Yay! I wasn't really looking for a touch screen or a backlit keyboard. Now they are two of the many reasons I love this Chromebook. This was a good purchase.

Purchased this for my wife who was in need of a new laptop but does not like how buggy Windows can be but does not expect the ROI of a Mac. She was able to log right into her google suite and get to work. Emails, social media, reading device and it turns into a great streaming device for her online workout videos. The touchscreen is an added bonus - she can navigate finiky menus faster with the tap of the screen instead of dealing with the touchpad or a mouse. She loves it and I’m glad we didn’t spend more on anything more powerful or with “extra bells and whistles”. This laptop hit the mark for an everyday use device.

This laptop has been amazing, it lasts long for battery life and I am able to do everything I need. I love that it is touchscreen and rotates.

My 10 year old son sometimes wishes that it were a little bit lighter, but he is thrilled with it overall. The screen is great, the track pad works well, and it is very fast.

Never tried one of the high end options but this is a great laptop. USB-C charging on both sides with HDMI out via either USB-C port. Love the keyboard. Trackpad is nice as well, but a bit touchy at times and I've accidentally double clicked. Fast, responsive, and can handle a lot of tabs plus apps at the same time. I've yet to hit a point where it has slowed down on me. The hinge is strong and the screen doesn't move as I type this with it sitting on my lap. No regrets buying it at all.

I have had it for a while and have not had any issues. I purchased it to use for school, it did everything I needed.

I purchased this chromebook for my first grader so she would have it during distant learning. Most of her assignments are online and being that she’s only 6, it’s hard for her to use the touchpad mouse...well, this laptop totally changed that! She just uses the touch screen instead and it’s made my life (and hers) so much easier ! Also note, the laptop has a privacy switch for the camera on the side. I thought my camera was broken but then realized the switch was just off. So far we love this laptop and like the ease of using it and being able to successfully navigate through the apps. This is our first time having a chromebook so we’re still learning how to fully get use out of the laptop, but so far so good !

I purchased this laptop for my son when it was on sale and received an additional discount using the student discount. I love that it's small, lightweight, and can be charged on either side of the laptop.

This Chromebook is perfect for my daughter to do her homework on! It is super fast and the battery lasts forever. With everything at school being Google based there is no need for a Windows system.

Purchased this for my daughter to use for virtual school. Very easy to use whether it be surfing the web or doing school work. Love the touchscreen. Wish I had purchased it sooner.

Great Chromebook! Enjoy the overall aesthetics and performance. Good weight to size distribution and really enjoying the functionality of the 2-in-1 and touchscreen operation.

I don't like a few things about this computer, in particular the layout of the keyboard. But I've had no problem with the touch screen, it runs quickly, and I think it's a good value for the price.

I love this laptop! I had bought this one earlier in the year (the slate blue and white one) and had to return it due to a faulty battery. This one is perfect. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a computer. Open the lid and boom! It's up and running! It does everything perfectly. The only feature I would have love to see on it is the fingerprint reader. But hey, just sync your phone to it and you are set. The battery has lasted 14+ hours between charges. You seriously can't beat that. I absolutely recommend this laptop.

Boots up and runs faster than any of my windows laptop, battery life is amazing, looks good and is very light. Only con is the screen is not as bright as other laptops even at max brightness.

I started to see some really great reviews about Chromebooks, fast OS, great value. I decided to look into one to replace my old tablet. I have a laptop so I wanted a Chromebook that would be 2 in 1 where I could use in tablet mode, especially for reading ebooks. This one is fantastic. The ChromeOS really is quite fast. This device booted up quickly when I turned it on the first time and I was online and able to use it within 5 minutes. I can download many of the apps I use on my Samsung Note and they work the same on the Chromebook. I love the 8GB of RAM as well.

Great product for basic home office usage , the chrome is most effective if used within the constraints of a good data/internet source. The touch screen and light weight is a must have for a notebook.
