Got this on sale and couldn't beat the price for what I was looking for. Full HD screen a good amount of at 8gb and a solid processor. Definitely a "plus" chromebook. Plus it has the 2-1 functionality. I don't plan to use it for that but it's there if I need it. Also bought this open box to save a little extra money. Thing looked brand new. If you are a Chromebook fan you will be very happy with your purchase

I was so pleased with this purchase! It is very user friendly and it is compatible with most of my current applications. I like that it intergrates well with my cell phone and I am able to transfer files and information seamlessly. I would highly recommend this laptop. It has endless application to productivity. I am not a gamer, so I can't speak on that, but as far as business, I have not run into any speed bumps with this laptop.

Is small enough to take anywhere, does everything I wanted in a computer. E-mail is easy to set up as was everything else on it.

This chromebook is great for my 13 year old son! He’s required to carry a laptop to school & this was perfect for him. We’ve only had it for a few days, but he’s already enjoying all the many great features like the backlight keyboard & the touchscreen. He also likes that he’s able to open multiple tabs at one time. The chromebook alone was a great investment, but I also purchased the additional 3 years of geek protection just for the extra assurance.

Easy to use. Battery lasts forever. No waiting forever at startup. Can't ask for anything more.

Love HP anything but mine has Google system. I am learning and liking it better. I love the capability of using it like a laptop, keyboard is a little different than I am accustomed to but I don’t count off for that just helps me improve my typing. It stays charged for days. You can also plug up adapter on either side of the computer. You don’t have to fight that cord it you are sitting opposite to the outlet. It is a good computer and I am glad I am learning a new software. Great buy!

Great product easy to use and is fun changing from touch screen to regular laptop is exciting.

Our HP laptop died (it was 10 years old) did a little research and decided that this ChromeBook sounded perfect for our everyday computing needs. There was a small learning curve switching from Microsoft, but worth it! It is much easier to use without all the extra programs that take up tons of memory space AND we don’t have to keep paying licensing fees in order to use basic word processing programs. As a freelance editor and photographer, this 2 in 1 is great for our daily uses.

Unfortunately it wasn't what I was looking for. I liked the size and speed it came with for being a chromebook.

It's a lightweight Chromebook. You may need to get used to it, if a first time Chromebook buyer. I bought certified geek squad restock. Due to financial situation, I didn't make the cut off date, to add warranty. My screen keeps getting black flashes. Paying as much as I did, I wish I had the extra money. Still paying for the unit. I highly recommend Geek Squad. Especially, if you are buying pre-used.
