This is my 2nd Chromebook and I was looking for an ASUS laptop but they were out of stock. The HP was a little pricey for a Chromebook but after purchase I must admit it was money well spent. The Laptop is so so fast from prior Chromebooks that I still do not understand why these laptops just do not sell out. If you are looking for a Chromebook upgrade, take a look at this laptop and in time the performance will pay off.

Simple and solid Chromebook! Quality build from HP.

Our HP laptop died (it was 10 years old) did a little research and decided that this ChromeBook sounded perfect for our everyday computing needs. There was a small learning curve switching from Microsoft, but worth it! It is much easier to use without all the extra programs that take up tons of memory space AND we don’t have to keep paying licensing fees in order to use basic word processing programs. As a freelance editor and photographer, this 2 in 1 is great for our daily uses.

I researched and found that getting a chromebook was the way to go. More and more applications are accessible on the internet and students use them at school. It is also tiring to own and maintain a traditional notebook with a hard drive that requires periodic operating system and virus protection software updates. At the time this HP chromebook was released, it was getting a lot of good reviews. So far, am quite pleased with daily use.

It's a lightweight Chromebook. You may need to get used to it, if a first time Chromebook buyer. I bought certified geek squad restock. Due to financial situation, I didn't make the cut off date, to add warranty. My screen keeps getting black flashes. Paying as much as I did, I wish I had the extra money. Still paying for the unit. I highly recommend Geek Squad. Especially, if you are buying pre-used.

This is a very nice and fast Chromebook. Great size for viewing things. I am very happy with my choice.

Decent enough chrome book. Purchased for my daughters school during the pandemic. Great options with the touch screen and convertible option. The cons, however are that the screen is not very bright and the unit is not very durable. Less than a year later, the case is cracked and now the screen has as well. The screen was likely due to a 5th grader abusing it, but the case cracking has me looking at other brands for replacing this unit.

This laptop has a large touch screen . Its keypad is perfect for people who dont have tiny fingers. So easy to use.

This Chromebook is a powerhouse...but light and sleek! With the white gold, it works hard - but looks great!

Keep in mind this is a Chromebook, not a Windows machine. It does what a Chromebook does and not the things Windows does. That is a good thing once you get used to Chrome OS. And this machine is fast, easy to set up, convertible, and not too heavy. Display is sharp and 1080p. People report having trouble printing at times, but I haven’t tried that yet. However, if you want to print, make sure you have a printer that can connect to google cloud print or you may be frustrated / disappointed
