I purchased this for my daughter and she loves it.

I bought this as a replacement of a chromebook for my granddaughter. She was struggling with at home schooling due to camera failures in meet software used by school. This asus zen solved all our problems and has worked flawlessly out of the box. I highly recommend it for students.

Out of the box, the touch screen did not work. But I brought it back and exchanged it for another one (of the same model) and it worked find. So far it seems to do the trick for watching videos (Netflix, Hulu, etc..), video chat (Zoom), and school work (Google classroom).

Intro to chromebook. Not for the experienced user. Display is poor compared to newer models. The 14 inch screen just makes the laptop bulkier, step down an inch makes the unit lighter and easier to tote around. Definitely made for the beginner.

I specifically bought this to be able to have zoom meetings, etc. But the camera is awful! It's fuzzy and the definition is very poor. I love the battery life and speakers can get loud... But that camera is a deal breaker. I will be returning this. Also, and I don't know why, but some apps kept freezing up and I would have to exit and restart to get them working.

It works great one big issue is that the camera isn’t very good. Also after a while it heats up quite a bit so if u want a computer to watch things like Netflix it probably isn’t the best choice. I use it for school and it’s great for that.

Bought for my son to do homework and online studies. Works perfectly and he’s shown me a few things that are app based. Nice machine, highly recommended.

My daughter loves it. A gift for her in high school and it fills all her needs.

I bought this HP to use for working from home. It has been up to the task! I'm able to check my email and work on spreadsheets and word processing documents without any issues.

With COVID-19, I purchased this for our 5th grader you do her distance learning. It has been great! Durable. The camera works well for the zoom meeting. I am so impressed with it, that I would definitely purchase it again!

Perfect for distance learning, we replace the chromebook schools are providing due to the covid pandemic because my kids had a lot of problems to log in and stay connect. Now with this HP no issues at all

Great machine, especially for the kids going to school. The Pentium CPU it has the speed you need for most applications. No complaints from the college-bound students who use it daily.

My daughter Savonaugh loves it It was actually an open box and in our price range. TY Best Buy. We actually bought the protection plan for any future issues.

This Chromebook has ushered me into a new era. Free from the cumbersome nature of Windows, this OS seems to be more stable and quicker.

This was a great purchase for my daughter for college. The downfall is she cant play certain games because of the operating system.

Got it for college. Great laptop so far, don’t know for the long run but had have it for half a year and so far does what it has to do and easy to set up and manage.

So far so good best computer upgrade I’ve ever had. Didn’t know before purchase that I couldn’t run my Cricut off a chrome book but still the best computer.

I love being able to flip my screen to different positions, but I wish the screen quality was better. The colors are washed out and a little dull.

Hands down the best affordable laptop out there! The only downside is that it is not too bright but it is perfect for the price!
