    Great for school work at home, however sometimes it locks up. Love the ability to flip and use as a tablet. Nice starting laptop!

    Graphics are not the best, trim over all are great. My 7 year old daughter had no problem adjusting and finding all accessories.

    It has been a week, so far so good! Not sure why Webroot is the bonus for purchasing this Chromebook. Chromebook has its own built-in virus protection and does not allow 3rd party virus protection software. It is a total waste for customers who already have their devices protected. There should have been a few alternatives to choose from. INSANITY!!!!

    Discovered while on a zoom call, the group could not hear me. Apparently the laptop does not seem to have an Internal mic but it does work with headphones or connecting a speaker to the computer jack. Very disappointing, since most computers have this feature built in. Gave 3 stars because of this. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product.
