It crashed 4 days after I bought it so that was a huge disappointment to start. I was able to get up and running again after watching YouTube. I'm use to Windows so now using Chromebook it has been a big adjustment for me. Then you have to add extensions for just about everything you want or need......which is a pain and annoying to me. The camera is NO GOOD it's super low quality but the microphone is very sensitive and sounds good/clear on playback. Many of the programs dont fit the screen correctly when flipped to tablet mode. The purchase was rushed for this distant learning for my son due to the COVID-19 so would I buy it again? NO! Which is sad because I really like HP products. It is getting through the things I need done for now so that's a plus in my book. I do like the battary it has pretty good life and its quick to get a full charge. It is nice with its clean lines, feels lite in the hands, speakers are fairly loud & sound is pretty clear. Screen resolution is pretty good. Sorry if I kind of rambled a bit but im just trying to share my opinions on this product.

Just needed a laptop to do bills and other things and hold some pictures. Works great for what I needed.

Purchased for personal use to do my online classes and it has not disappointed me so far. It’s very easy to set up and use.

Gave to my grandson when his school computer died . He thinks this is the greatest thing since peanut butter.

LOVE IT. A LOT OF PEOPLE TOLD ME NOT TO BUY A CHROMEBOOK THEY ARE TRASH NO GOOD BUT I LOVE MINE.

Works well as expected. My daughter can use it with ease for distant learning and she is 5 years old.

Got it for my wife and she loves it. It is easy for her to use and set up. Another great product from HP

Great quality. Bought for my daughter for 4th grade.

It took a while to figure out how to use since this is my first chromebook. But after trial and errors. It's a prety cool laptop/ huge tablet. Front camera is not 1080 quality. But it works great. Mainly got it to remote in to work. Even tho its durable, make sure you have great high quality data because it slows down your computer

It was a gift and it was exactly what I was looking for. The curbside pick up went perfectly.
