For me, this was a major purchase, even though it was on sale,as I do not earn much.But I love this beautiful laptop, it runs smoothly and efficiently and I found it was very easy to learn how to operate, even though I am a senior and not too bright on this new technology. So to you, Best Buy, I give my thanks for such a wonderful purchase!

This laptop is easy to use and very convenient for me. The battery life is amazing. I used my computer for 48 hours before it lost its battery. It’s very easy to use, the google chrome installation is definitely a plus. I would recommend this product for anyone in school or working.

Excellent item for the simple ludite I am. Eacy to mange and battery life is solid.

I wasn't sure how much I would use this computer besides for inservices for work. I find myself wanting to look stuff up and finding the things I'm looking for easier then on previous computers. and it doesn't take long to charge and stays charged for a long time.

This chrome book is good for your very basic web tasks. It has great battery life (I’ve gotten around 8 hours on it) and does surprisingly well with its limited memory. The build is all plastic and is somewhat flimsy. The reason it gets 4 stars is because the viewing angles on the screen are awful. Probably one of the worst screens I’ve worked with, but it’s acceptable at the price and for what it’s built for.

I have had this HP chromebook for a little over a month now. I'm very pleased with battery life and performance. It does everything I need it to do.

I got this computer in Nov,2025 for movies but now i do everything on it i barely use my phone i love this company so much if i wasnt scared id break it id take it everywhere with me.,,, I also use this computer to tune my truck with!!!

This is the first Chromebook I have ever dealt with. I bought it as a gift for my wife, for our 52nd wedding anniversary. You must understand, my wife and electronics will never have a very close relationship. In fact, it's more of a hate hate relationship. After I set up the computer for her, got her logged into Google and Facebook, and plugged in a traditional, she has been able to find her way to the programs she likes to use. She no longer stays out late at night playing bingo, till 7:00 or 8:00. She has found new recipes to try, so it's goodbye to Top Ramen and hot dogs.. We have gotten rid of the slide rule and abacus, and we're down to only one calendar on the wall. Thank you chromebook, for saving our marriage.

Perfect for what I intended it for. Didn’t need anything too powerful. Just for emails, streaming sometimes and personal use. Battery life is great, display quality is okay. Would recommend if you’re not using for gaming or editing photos and videos.

This Chromebook works for light online researching and including educational videos on Youtube. I use it for my adult self and will use when I babysit to watch children's programs. It has an HDMI port so I can connect to my tv or cast it. Great price and available in my nearby store within an hour for pick up.

Perfect size chromebook computer for me. It works well is easy to use & small enough and easy for me to handle. I don't play games so I can't speak to that but good for my needs.

works great uses USB C to charge but mouse is a little slow

I’m very happy with the device. I have not owned a laptop before because I just felt more comfortable with my desktop. However, I find using the HP Chromebook to be fine.

Bought this for work and got a deal for $299 and it is touchscreen and also folds as a book. The color of the device is more toward a purple. Love this for documentation for work , managing emails and gaming and shopping.

Such a great computer!!! I have been using this for several months now and it just gets the job done. Would like a second one, so my daughter stops using mine for school :)

I purchased HP Chromebook for school it's easy to use and it's lightweight can carry around without any problems. The price was very attractive. The battery is impressive can easily go through a full day of class and work without needing to charge.

I've had a Chromebook as a secondary computer since they were first introduced more than a dozen years ago. It still works, but the software is out of date. I purchased this item on sale for $189 +tax. Solid chassis, great screen, slim and lightweight. 4GB memory is plenty for Chromebook. Great overall performance. I am very satisfied.
