Easy to use large storage capacity Function display accessibility

This is a great chromebook. And the reason why i give it 3 stars is because it loads a little slow. Other than that it's great. I still like it and will keep it. Everything seems to work properly and smooth. It's just the power loading time. It moves a little slow until it completely loads after turning it on.

This was a great purchase. The price was perfect and exactly what our high school senior needs as he is preparing for college, needing more than his school issued chrome book for meetings, setting up college visits, scholarship and college applications and so much more.

The computer works great and no complaints thus far. It’s everything I’m looking for! This is 2 stars because of the associates. I explained I’m on a tight budget and looking for something very basic (I rarely use a computer, but once in a while I need one). They asked me why I wanted this particular computer, and I told them based off my own research it seems to fit my need. They criticized me for wanting to purchase something this basic, and instead recommended something that I already said was out of my price range and something I didn’t need in a computer. I felt very stupid and looked down on as I mentioned I needed to contact my wife to see what she wanted me to do as this was a purchase for us. I’ve never felt so stupid (when I didn’t have to) in my life. I felt the store happy with my purchase (and still am!) but disappointed with the customer service.

The seller was very friendly, he helped me a lot, the truth is I would buy again because the service is very good and I love the laptop
