Works great! Easy to set up and the processor runs smoothly. This does NOT work with Windows though. FYI incase it isn't clear upfront. It was suggested to buy Microsoft Office with this purchase, but that program will NOT work on the chromebook.

I bought this HP Chromebook for my grandson, who's a third grader. He's pretty familiar with using a mouse and has caught on to the navigation quickly. He uses the Chromebook mostly to run a Minecraft program and watch age-appropriate videos, cartoons, and movies. I expect this laptop to last, hopefully at least until he enters junior high school.

Easy set up. Computer works well. I love the way this Chromebook works. I like not having to run programs. Downloading Apps are very convenient and user friendly for a non technological person.

Its user friendly and have a long battery life. It comes with apps that are on my mobile such that i wont be shifting from mobile to laptop. The webcam is good for video calls. However it has a no Microsoft Office.

I've been looking for a very basic laptop to use at home so there is some seperation between work and home needs. This one is perfect - only flag is that it essentially forces you to be a part of the google universe, so research what that means to you for storage etc. If you don't like things being on the google cloud and want them on the harddrive, may be a bit harder to get set up. Overall, it fits all my needs!

If your needs for a personal device aren't many (use of G Suite elements, Gmail, social media, streaming, etc.) this is an excellent option. I have had my device for about a month and it has been awesome. I purchased this device mostly because I had previously had an HP Chromebook (lasted about 10 years.)

It is affordable, its battery life is also extremely good and I also like its fast boot times as well. I like how well and easy it is to use.
