I came in store looking for a laptop and found this chrome book. The employee I spoke with explained the questions I had about it clearly and I'm pretty satisfied with the purchase and prompt and friendly service. I also got this while on sale which is awesome. It does exactly what I need it to do like google. Nothing over the top fancy, but perfect for students and has really good battery life.

It great for every day use. The only problem I had is it will not allow me to down load pictures from my phone to it or an external hard drive.

This computer has helped me so much in college, truly amazing! It was fairly inexpensive which is great having to pay for things on my own! Very grateful I found this computer when I did!

I needed a new laptop for personal and work and I used someone else’s Google Chrome and loved it. My only issue is is that when I use the right click on the pad it doesn’t work so I had to purchase a wireless mouse and it also says that it is touchscreen I went on YouTube to try to troubleshoot the touchscreen myself, followed all steps and it’s still not working. I’ll be contacting Best Buy. Outside of that it works perfectly.

This laptop was perfect for what I needed it to do, and for the price. I got it to search the internet and things like that, and so far so good!! I don’t have anything bad to say about this. If you are looking for a laptop to game and things like that this probably isn’t your choice, but simple web browsing and doing some work on this is a good choice and for a good price.

As a 60 year old who worked for over 25 years with an administrative assistant and an IT department, I spent little time "keeping up" with much more than word-processing. This Chromebook is light, extremely inexpensive and more intuitive than othe laptops and platforms.

This Chromebook was very well priced, it was easy to setup and works amazingly well. I am very satisfied with it.
