    This is my first laptop, having used a desk PC forever. It's great for what I need, checking email, catching up on the news, just general use. Retired so not using for business, but could see where it would be useful for work. Got a nice deal which also adds to the overall satisfaction!

    I bought this computer for my parents for Christmas their desktop is so sloooow. They don't use it for much other than email, facebook and looking up stocks and my dad plays games like slots and solitare on it. The salesman helped us pick this out based on what they use it for.

    We love the form of the laptop. It has great design and premium build. There seems to be an issue with the mouse disappearing. The pointer just dissapears. I'm hoping that the issue can be addressed via software.

    It slow down dramatically the more I did with it. Just over a year of owning it and it now takes a while to load tabs or videos. Stilll decent for just typing papers and nothing more.

    I would not recommend this laptop based on the keyboard alone. The right click is very hard to use because you have to press very hard for it to read your clicks. It also does not have a light on the keyboard.
