I'm pleased with my new HP Pavilion computer. I traded in an older HP model and am enjoying the faster speed and touch screen of the new model. Geek squad was very helpful in transferring my files to the new computer..

This has been one of my best purchased items ever it does everyrhing i was looking for an most of all i have so much space for my sons pictures an memories that we have made overall im so excited an happy i made this purchase

After purchase, I found the the laptop was a little larger (physically) than I needed. Nice screen, nice finish throughout. Was surprised that keyboard was not backlit. Had some difficulty loading I-Tunes. Had to have Geek squad load it , as even Apple support was unable to load the program. Works well for my personal needs!

I love the size and the ability to use it in the different forms. Also, it is super light in my opinion. Not so happy with the speed though. There is a ridiculous lag time when I'm using my work programs. It's also "frozen" up on me a few times. I bought this to not always have to be in my home office all the time, to have the versatility to be in other parts of my home while working. Unfortunately the speed frustrates me to the point where I just end up back in my office on my desktop.

I bought this laptop when it was on sale and for the price (<$500) it is worth picking it up if you are strictly needing a decent laptop with out a high price tag.

Bought this computer for dad on something to use around his house instead of being tied to a desktop. He enjoys it and really like the touchscreen.

My wife wanted A Lap Top that would allow her to do her on-line banking,order over the internet and surf the web. This one does all she wanted and then some. You can flip and use as and I-pad.

Bought this for my wife as her first laptop. The convertible factor has been good for her in transitioning from using her phone for web surfing.

Great touch screen abilities and the convertible function is a big plus. The clarity of the laptop screen is very good. Like the touch of the HP keyboard and mouse as well
