    I had problems with my computer from the start. Had to return the first one since Geek Squad couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and it was within the 15 days. Exchanged it for one just like it. Had troubles with it too. Don't know if the way the GS did data transfer or what but they were not able to fix my problems. I called HP and had to purchase an extended plan for $49.99 and $14/mo in order to get it fixed. They did get it fixed and had to call them back for a couple more problems that they were able to fix.

    I purchased this laptop for my husband as a Christmas gift. It’s extremely slow starting up. He gets very frustrated with this laptop
