Not a scorcher but works fine for my wife’s Cricut stuff. Good price.

First time owning a desktop so it is a huge learning curve for me a little hard to get everything set up. seems to be a decent computer so far wish that it had a DVD drive so that I didn't have to get an external one.

So far everything is working as expected, so will provide more information as I move along

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER!!! I would give zero stars if I could. We purchased this computer for a medical office to type patient notes to send to other offices using Microsoft Word and look at CD discs of images patients would bring in (looking at pics we saw a spot for a disc drive). THE DISC DRIVE IS NOT THERE! It only appears to have one. We had to buy a USB disc drive off Amazon and it connects and disconnects constantly. And don't even get me started on writing notes. IT CANNOT DO THE MOST BASIC TASK of typing a note or letter in Word. Absolutely preposterous and HP should be ashamed of their product. Do not try to be economical, spend the money for a functioning system.

this was just like the last all in one computer that I bought last time I bought one. I just would have looked more at this model and got one with a cd player for loading the printer

I am extremely happy with the all in one HP. Super easy set up and it works great. The colors on the monitor a bright and clear. It’s a very nice computer for working from home.

Was a good buy but i was very disapointed with the inability to use a check due to a corporate stupid shutdown of machine so no one could use a check Had to go back to office and get debit card so a 30 minute timeline took about 90 minutes after we found a sales person to help us

the computer ect. all has been great I was very pleased with the help that came and set up the computer all went well thanks for being so helpful... Billie

Kids enjoy their computer and all the educational tasks they can do on there. Tech support worked well from home to get everything running and would recommend.

It looks very nice. I don't know how to start the thing or how to clear my info on my old one or how to get info into the new one but as I say it's very nice looking.

Nice computer takes up minimal space however it is very slow. It's like having dial up internet. I will be reaching out to geek squad to see how to get it faster.

Great all-in-one for the price. I only need it for word processing and it’s great. Not the quickest, but it does the job. And I love the camera’s shutter for privacy

I like it but I wish it had a place to put a cd in.

It is a good item to have in home for paying bills
