Not as I expected gave it to my 10 YO for homework.

Having problems with my Internet (MSN) trying to get with Comcast not able yet

Nice computer.They need more gb. Ots does what I need it to do.

Sound quality is horrible, if you open more than one window the system runs so slow. I returned the system the same day.

Works great when i can the computer to turn on. It shuts down and i have to unplug completely and power back on. Not sure if this is supposed to happen but not good when we have to continuously reatart.

Not worth the price I paid, Microsoft windows 10S sucks, keeps kicking me out of my network, Microsoft Edge refuses to save passwords.

I really was hopeful that this would fit my work from home needs. It is just so slow I am so sad that I have to keep it.

This computer is terrible. Low capacity and very slow. Zoom operates horribly and always closes.

Not sure if it’s because of the drive type but it’s not a great purchase. Maybe should have went with the hard drive . When they opened it and turned it on it was in S mode and they had to take it to geek squad to get it turned off. Geek squad would have showed them how to do it over the phone but it would have cost them 100 dollars. So we are off to a bad start. This was a a gift and I’m actually embarrassed that I may have to purchase them a different computer.

Incredibly slow returning immediately. The slowness is a deal breaker

Terrible performance. I’m not sure if it was the HP bloatware or the processor, but this all in one had trouble with simple tasks like zoom calls and screen sharing our YouTube video content. Cannot recommend.

I bought an open box and it runs very slow. Not available for ungrage windows

We purchased this PC for our Inn to make reservations on the web browser. The computer is so slow, it takes much longer to make a reservation on that it would using my cell phone.

Will never shop at best buy again paid off my credit card and closed my account. Cannot deal with rude people. The only good thing I found at that store was the store manager who went over and above to help me. People at the Geek Squad who finalized the purchase give wrong information those people need to be educated on policies and need to learn customer service.

Pre-installed apps take a long time to load. I have a connected directly with the ethernet cord. To you guys remember that blue line that slowly removed across the screen about 15 years ago? If you're okay with that this is the computer for you if not you may need to get a better one. I think that I'm going to keep this for my 3-year-old granddaughter for learning purposes.

Horrible. Not sure why they put this in stores. They said it's for a older person who just browse the Internet, it's really not for any 1. Took it back the next day. Please don't want your money. You get what you pay for. Don't be cheap because you get this horrible desktop, thinking your saving and your not.

Pure junk....it’s a struggle to stream anything freezing up. HP you should be ashamed of your self for releasing such a piece of garbage.

I drove 100+ mile even though when i was ordering it said the store was within 50 miles. I went and pick it up just to get it home and i cant use it because it is missing the power cord. I am not a happy camper

Computer started lagging immediately after install. Returned that same day.

The desktop was ordered and receieved on a Friday. Everything was fine and working well. Saturday morning it would not turn on. I tried for two weeks straight thinking something may be going on with my internet, but still nothing.
