The worst computer I ever come across I had to bring back the first one and this is the second one even worst

System runs really slow. Going to exchange it for another model by HP.

This item has turned out to be horrible. I've had to contact HP several times and this product is not working. It not a good product.

I returned this because my other HP just died which was purchased last year. No more HP for me!

I was advised it had a CD/DVD burner and it did not. Returned within 14days.

When I bought this I knew it would not be the fastest and yeah it loads slow but considering the price and all the bloatware that Windows 10 throws in it really shouldn't be that much of a shock to anyone. I simply wanted a computer for email, surfing and accessing sites like You Tube and it is fine for that. Want a lot then you will have to pay more. I will say this little computer is pretty tough. I have it on a hospital bedside table as I have badly damaged legs and have to elevate them a lot. One day a couple of weeks ago I tripped and fell into the table knocking the computer and the table over. It fell over three feet to the floor, fortunately on its back. I had to snap the upper left corner of the front and back of the screen surround back together but that was the only damage done, it runs just fine since then. Glad I chose this model, it may not be fast but it is tough. I still hate Window 10 though, too much crap loaded that I don't want.

Needed to purchase something quickly with a built in camera to be able to work from home. This seemed like the nicest thing that I could afford at the time but I've been regretting it ever since. It is super slow to boot up and slow to do everything. Wait forever to even be able to use the internet. The CPU moans, whirs and crunches loudly all day long. It never stops! To join a MS Teams meeting I have to make sure I start the process at least 20 minutes ahead and even at that I often get an error saying that there is a problem. I have high speed internet and my husband's Apple has no issues. I call this the time machine because it takes you back to the days of dial-up. This is as slow or slower. Even my 84 yr. old father would be frustrated with this machine. Please do yourself a favor and invest $100 more to get something better.

This was a great buy. I bought this for my wife and she loves it. The value of this all in one was great. It was very easy to use and it has met every expectation my wife was looking for.

This computer is decent enough for day to day, such as web browsing or school work, but it is definitely not made for working. We use a system at work called Amazon Workspace, and also a program called Genesys. This computer does not do well with these systems. Honestly, I would not have purchased it knowing how slow it would be. Granted, I barely know anything about computers, but I wish I could go back in time and just buy something else. Honest opinion.
