This is the 2nd time. I said I feel forced to get ink from Best Buy because my HP Laser Jet Printer I got from you does not tell me how much ink is left if I buy it from Costco shelf.

All of the toner cartridges made for the HP Laser Jet Pro M277dw are short lived. You do not get very many copies out of them. At the price you pay, you should get more than you do.

My issue is not with the product itself. My problem is that it was advertised as a high-yield cartridge and when I went to the store they said It was the regular capacity cartridge. The manager did make a concession for me, which I appreciated. However, the online product description was incorrect.
