    Purchased 5 boxes of toner. Magenta leaks on every page printed that is printed in grey scale. Coincidentally, I am planning to contact and or go to Best Buy to find out options to correct this situation. Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I’ve never had trouble with ink/toner like this before.

    I have no way to judge how much actual toner is in the cartridges I buy. Even if I counted the sheets I printed the results would depend on the distribution of the color in the pages I'm printing. So I'm at the mercy of HP, and haven't any idea whether I'm getting a good deal.
