    Got the email it was ready but in Oregon, not Minnesota. Was billed twice then credited but the left the charge on that didn't have my 10% discount for my Birthday. Had to come back twice. Staff was very friendly.

    It is easy to change out. Easy to send back empty cartridges. BUT NOT GETTING THE NUMBER OF PRINTS. I would say I'm only getting about half the number of printed pages 600-700 per cartridge.
