Cartridge is fine. Owner with little computer knowledge installed it fairly easily. Wouldn't/won't print from computer. Asked for husband's help. No luck yet. I'm using his printer.

It's a little awkward to write a review on something as simple as laser toner, but I felt like sharing my experience may help others. I have an HP multi-function print/scan/fax machine and I chew through toner cartridges pretty quickly. I've tried other "generic" brands over the years and have consistently come back to HP genuine cartridges for two main reasons: they seem to last longer and the printer itself can do more accurate diagnostics on how much toner you have left. I also find HP's return-to-recycle program one of the easiest toner recycling programs I've used. It may cost a little more but, in my humble opinion, you're paying for a brand name that lives up to the price.

If Best Buy ever had the 202x cartridge in stock in black, I would have given it a 5 star rating. The 202A cartridge is literally the same size as the 202x, but filled with less ink.

We have a nice HP laser color printer. I don't F around with knock off or who knows what Amazon listed replacement toner. Buy the official one and don't worry about it. Easy order and pickup. Good way to use your earned Best Buy Rewards.

I purchased the black toner cartridge (202A) from Best Buy for my laser printer. I am very satisfied with the output. Printing quality was dependable and good. Less expensive than from other companies I've purchased from.

this cartridge works very well. much more I can say about it. print comes out nice clean and crisp

Tried using a cheaper brand and worked for awhile; however, ended up getting streaks with the cheaper brand and then the printer would not work. Once I replaced with this cartridge everything works again and do not have blotches on my copies any longer. Just wish the price was a little cheaper.

This toner lasts us a LONG time! It seems a bit pricey but because it lasts a long time it's worth it. The HP laser jet is the best printer we have ever had! Highly recommend!

Originally bought this at a big box office supply store and then saw it the next day here for $10 less. Its a Factory HP cartridge, nothing else to say.
