I am so sorry that the cartridge seems to run out too quickly. Laser printers are much different than ones that use ink, so it is hard to make a comparison. Since this review is about a toner cartridge, I'm not sure that I can be of much help about that.
When it appears that the low page yield was caused by a defective cartridge, you can always contact the seller who sent the cartridge about a refund or replacement.

Dont Buy cartridges - Buy a new printer instead

It turned out that there was another internal issue. So I tried to use it in another Printer as I own 3 identical models. It then popped a message it is counterfeit! Once you install it it becomes married to the printer and you cannot use it on another printer! This sucks. The cost to replace the cartridges is almost as much as buying a new printer. In the future I will just buy a new printer and toss the old one out like a Bic Lighter.

I had issues running non HP toner prior with ink blotches. Wish HP toner was not so expensive. That is why I bought the biggest toner. It was a better value for cost per page.
