I love my new computer. Itis so easy to use and a good price. Hp is the only brand I have ever bought, HP even brought over all my info from the old computer.

It’s not excellent, but it’s not bad either. The performance is decent for my needs. I mainly use it for studying and light work, and it works well for that purpose.

It was easy to set up and works good for my schooling as well as my bfs gaming.

I got this desktop for my six year old son for Christmas who “has work to do in the office” it is a great first computer for him with great functionality. He has really been enjoying it. He uses YouTube and plays his learning games like ABC Mouse and Adapted Minds.

The price is obviously the first enticing factor, the product itself is fabulous and everything I could imagine.

It is a good value; However, it took over 2 hours to get it started as it was stuck in admin mode.

I've always wanted an all-in-one, and I love this one. It is up to date, easy to use especially doing classes online. (on top of that my 9mth old great-grandson loves watching me use it) Thanks BB for allowing me to get something I really wanted for myself.

Needed help setting computer up and was told I don’t have the coverage and I paid for it. Never had problems with Geek Squad help before. It was very disappointing. It looks great and hopefully it will work great.

I love this HP computer, perfect for my home office and great to use for my everyday routine.

This computer didn't work right initially. After lots of hours on the phone with Geek squad and taking it into the store for a check it still didn't work right, To make a long story short and more phone time with GS, it was determined that the problem was with the MOUSE. I took the mouse in for a check at the store and they found that to be true and ordered a replacement. After several days the new one arrived and it now works fine. The first time I took the whole thing into the store and they returned it to me saying the computer was ok. When I got home and hooked it all up again, same problem was there. Since they had the whole thing including the mouse, don't know why they didn't check that out at the time.

Just what we need for an updated desktop. I prefer all-in-ones, so was pleased to find this option available. Color is white, but maybe won’t show as much dust(?) Only negative - had to take it out of “s” mode to install Google Chrome
