So far so good, does everything we need it to do..

I purchased a computer from BestBuy online received it and had it for 3 days and computer stopped working. I tried returning it the following day at Brentwood BestBuy and was told it was damaged and I was not getting a refund or exchange. I called corporate and they agreed to give me a refund and supposedly scheduled a pickup from FedEx, which has yet to be picked up 8 days later. I called to get retrieve a shipping label so I could drop it off at a Fedex location, but to no avail, they told me they can't send me a shipping label to drop it off at Fedex, which doesn't make sense to me. I will no longer do any business with BestBuy and will be letting everyone know how horrible they are with returns.

To many problems with computer freezes not able to login to the website

I really do not like this for my logos, it's not enough memory nor HD for what I have to accomplish with a Bible software as Logos.

I purchased this for my son to do homework. We have to be constantly wait for it to load, it’s constantly crashing. Sometime upon turning on, we have to wait 10 minutes or more for it to allow to click icons. We have to constantly force it shut because it will freeze and not allow you to close down the window and it is nearly impossible to open up setting, does not matter how many time you click the icon. Also I could not download mcaffee antivirus from the account i already have because it wont load the page and it does not allow downloads under smode or some s setting I cant actually recall the name at this time. Overall the computer is garbage. I missed my return window because we traveled for christmas and waited until end of January to set it up.

This conputer is going to make me lose my mind. Not only does it not sign in properly but the set up for it is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re purchasing it for a minor, look elsewhere. Not only do you have to sign in to 3 different accounts just to download Roblox, you have to go through all 3 accounts to figure out settings you didnt even set, all for it to still not work. It was pointless to get the computer because it takes 45 mins and 600 clicks just to sign in from the sleep setting. My blood pressure is rising just from writing this review. The $99 for geek squad was also pointless as theyre no help. If i have to bring in the pc for them to set it up to work, itll just be returned because im not going to lose my mind over a dang pc.

Desktop is Ok. A bit slow for what I purchased it for.

Didn’t love this all in one. It kept freezing within a week of use. The mouse complete stopped working. I understand this is value all in one but come on. Issued within a week of purchase is crazy. I returned and purchased the Lenovo all in one.

Would not recommend this to anybody , as soon as it started up it froze .

This product has been acting like that since I got it. It won’t stop opening up windows. It was also refurbished so I don’t think they fixed it the first time.

Got the blue screen of death one month after purchase, used it maybe 5 times. Never had a good experience with it, feels cheap and now i can't even return it.

Freezes with multiple tabs open, not able to handle syncing. Too many rules to choosing your own browser and modes.

I love HP products,. Unfortunately, this particular computer seemed to have connectivity issues.

This item went blank 2 months after purchase of Dec of 2025.

Product was defective. This the second one and I will never buy an hp
