It comes with a keyboard and mouse. It is a complete package. It responds to commands quickly. I feel very productive!

They showed me exactly where to find the item I needed. The above is in stark contrast to most retail establishments where the staffing level is inadequate and the staffers are overworked and under-helpful.

Too slow for Windows 11; Return policy unforgiving

Tried a bunch of things, but nothing worked. Then, when I went to return it, they told me that the return window had expired BY ONE DAY and that no exceptions could be given. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied by this computer (too weak to run Windows) and Best Buy (for customer-unfriendly policies).
