    The product came quickly although the power cord was not in the box so I had to travel to Best Buy and get one they were very courteous and helpful though

    Great like computer for what it is being used for, came with Windows 11 which our old HP was not. Easy to setup and it was able to transfer all that was on the old one.

    Out of the box, computer was WAY TOO SLOW for Windows 11. System used almost all of the 4GB of RAM. Tried a bunch of things, but nothing worked. Then, when I went to return it, they told me that the return window had expired BY ONE DAY and that no exceptions could be given. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied by this computer (too weak to run Windows) and Best Buy (for customer-unfriendly policies).

    Slower than expected but it should work for our part-time Pastor. Had to research the S Mode otherwise you aren't allowed to download apps outside of Microsoft apps.

    Very slow computer but it gets the job done. Was not happy when I got first turned it on and the previous owners information was on it. Was never wiped clean.
