You get what you pay for. Extremely slow. Took forever to boot up and even longer to update software. I do have high speed internet but this wasn’t the issue. Even after the initial setup it took a while to catch up to commands like opening edge , or even Microsoft word. I returned and bought an HP desktop for a few hundred dollars more but the difference is night and day. Worth the extra money in my opinion especially if you are working from home it is very frustrating to have little to no response from this all in one

Has all I could want in a comoputer

And they worked well with this computer initially. I always like the HP Computer anyway. lovely color. It is an all in one and performs well. Typing on it is a breeze. The mouse is different from what i know. But it is a great mouse. don't use it simontainly with another mouse unless you turn off the computer Then you mouse will work again. Buy one of these for your family. I welcome the windows 11 computer. Takes a little getting used to but easily adaptable. fits my needs well.

Simple and effective

Initial setup takes a bit with updates but once it’s up and going, it’s a solid machine for basic tasks. Fair price too!
