The brand I don't like anyway. The fact that I chose Open box in Excellent condition, and I was sent a product that did not have a box, nor did it have any paperwork for it. was a red flag. The cpu and hard drive were bad. When I went to exchange it, I was told I had to pay additional money to get a new one. That was a quick not doing that when I was sent a defective item, that apparently, you all did not test before marking it as open box, excellent condition. Just be carful when buying things

This is one of several HP All-in-One Desktops we have purchased from our go to supplier for office use - Best Buy! In particular the space saving design is appreciated for my associates for their day to day basic needs to complement their work out in the field.

I like the computer don’t have to worry about having another cpu. Just have to make sure that the computer runs fast.

It’s getting me through school which is what I bought it for but it is the slowest computer and it’s unfortunate/alarming that it’s this slow being brand new. I wouldn’t say it’s not worth the price that I paid as it can make a 15 minute assignment go to an hour with how many times that I have to reboot.

This computer is amazing!!! Has everything I need and is super fast. Planning on buying more for my two sons. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

This Unit is Ideal as an all in one for the price and functionality.

It works very well, only a small defect in the base that holds the screen that makes it slightly tilted and that I did not mention in the purchase.

The man that helped assist me the day I purchased my hp computer was very helpful, courteous, and respectful. I believe he was there from Portland that day. Again a very nice experience.
