    i’m sorry this computer is horrible. I believe it’s only been four months since I purchased it. I wish I could return it. Worst Purchase I ever ever bought from Best Buy does not work up horrible

    I ordered this item for pickup. Didnt even double check until i got home. Fool for doing that, they gave me a cheaper model then I ordered. Had to go back half an hour drive to get the one i actully paid for.

    It works just fine. I like a REGULAR PC...not lap tops. I love the BIG monitor. The gentleman from the Geek squad (Stephen) was super. I would never have been able to install it although it took THREE weeks for an appt.

    The ram is only 4 so I can’t expect much , however when I download any extra apps from the Microsoft store it makes my computer freeze and very slow. Other than that it’s great , volume is very low !
