I opted for this computer because of the sale price. my grandson, however said he didn't know they still had these computers available. that worried me, but it is good enough for what I use it for.

Problem dimming the monitor brightness

I went to the settings and clicked on the Display tab to make adjustments, but nothing changed. I contacted HP chat, looked up tutorials on YouTube, and even bought a privacy screen, but none of these solutions were successful. The brightness is still too intense for me. Overall, it's a good buy for the price, but it hurts my eyes when I’m in front of the screen for more than 30 minutes.ront of the screen for more than 30 minutes.
