I used the computer for work purposes so far it works well.

Quick boot up, Windows worked well. Too many trial or subscription products.

So far so good. Have not had it long enough to do an accurate review.

Great computer for personal use and business needs.

I received this computer in early June as my i-Mac was crashing. I was able to keep that i-Mac going for three months and finally opened the box with this JP-23.8 and set it up. The computer did not have a camera! The Tech Geek Team looked inside it, moved to the advanced team and it was determined that was a manufacturer's flaw.

We purchased an HP23.8 back in July for our business. The touch screen got messed up. We in turn purchased a new HP23.8 computer. I asked the Geek squad to "copy" the hard drive from the old computer and paste it into the new computer hard drive. They took 4 days and as it turns out what it appears is that they took the hard drive from our old computer and put it into the "New" computer. It appears that they took the "Old" hard drive and put it into the "New" computer. This is not what we wanted or needed. By keeping the Old computer and hard drive we would have a back up computer. I am guessing that they thought that they were doing us a favor but they were not. Now we are back to one computer with the old computer having nothing on it. You did not do what we needed or asked to be done. They didn't follow our request or desirers. Very disappointed

Didn’t like the metal stand felt the whole computer was cheaply made including the mouse wasn’t what I expected out of Hp There is a plus I do like the touch screen option everything else was great just the exterior of the computer

It is difficult to get Best Buy to respond to calls. They tell you someone will return your call with in 2 hours, but you never get a return call.

Other than a restarting issue I have yet to solve its a good computer.

Alittle slow, but I can upgrade RAM for a little better performance.

It had cords and I wanted wireless. Returned for wireless all in one.

I wouldn’t know because I still haven’t received it. I called to get an update and was told to call Roadie. I called them and was on hold for an hour before hanging up. I called BB back for them to look into the matter and that’s when I was informed that I needed to place a new order. They claimed they did and told me to wait for an email, which I haven’t yet received (it’s been almost three days.) Still no status update either.

I bought this computer to work from home on the days I need to, but I have not found a headset/mic that can connect and be read on this HP.. I hate it, it is such a waste of money and now I have a useless computer at home and the debt from it :) GREAAT.

The worst computer I ever purchase. Please do not buy.

We purchased a computer and it was sent to the wrong address, i try to fix the situation but it took me a whole day going fron one person to another. They hardly speak English and it was a really bad experience. We ending canceling the order and bought it somewhere else.

Awful. Please listen to me and don't waste your time. I got it and thought maybe I can get used to this even though the webcam quality is crap and the graphics are even worse. Tonight I tried updating it and the computer wouldn't get off of the hp logo screen. Turned it off right then and am returning it tomorrow. I guess it's worth spending a whole lot on something more decent

Ok productt, the internet card is not stable keeps going in out tested our internet but it was the internet card

I bought this computer to replace a computer that was the same but 2 years older that died on us. Not really a good review considering the same computer went kaput without notice. Russ Brown

Was not told that as a used purchase the computer would come without a power cord and mouse.
