Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got to be one of the slowest most worthless computers our company has ever bought. First off it has windows 11 home which is worthless for any real visor organization. So we right away had to buy win 11 pro to install on them. Took 2 hours to reload windows in order to remove all the hp bloatware. Then had to install the new product key in order to convert to win 11 pro. So wasted just over 2 hours before I could even start loading our organization’s software. Then took another 4 hours to load all our software. Right away I got phone calls complaining on how slow they are. In fact they are so slow that I can’t even remote in to them for customer support when I need to. If worthless was a computer this is it. A $650 piece of junk and we bought 3 of them. Will likely throw them away in a couple months and go with business grade computers from dell business or HP business directly. Best Buy is not in any way the place to buy business grade computers. They are a retail store focusing on consumer and home office.

Great computer - just not good for gaming

This computer would have been perfect for me but for gaming it was slow and glitched. Otherwise a great computer and I would recommend it provided your not gaming.

Computer completely crashed after 2 months

Only used for school work and listening to music. Writing papers. Woke up one morning and it would not turn on. Never experienced any physical damage, just would not turn on at all. Faulty system. Super disappointed.
