Sluggish!

It's very sluggish, where my old Dell computer instantly responded.

Weak stand/base

Low performance PC

No media tools, no DVD rom. To top it off. I'm two days past the return date. I have some new software to install, but the PC seems to be running slowly.

Frustrated

Ordered it online and had to go to the store to exchange it. They didn't have a comparable item, so it took me most of the day to get it resolved. Then I took the replacement home and it wouldn't allow me to sign-in. Called the customer help line and they told me since I got the item in the store, I needed to go back to the store to get it resolved. YIKES!!!

Don’t buy

Moved my quickbooks over and couldn’t send pdf invoices because something didn’t auto turn on, touch screen and mouse wouldn’t work 1/2 the time and the keyboard would miss keys I typed or add keys I didn’t type

We plugged it in today, it began to update and never did despite her valiant efforts. Will have to return it to the store which will, hopefully, have a comparable machine in store that I can leave with. The ordering and delivery process were just fine-the computer was not, sadly. I will say that this is the first time I have been disappointed with a Best Buy purchase. I hope I can give the replacement a better review.

Disappointing
